Sarah
Sarah has a strong clinical interest in lower limb biomechanics, general podiatry, and minor surgical nail procedures. She enjoys working with a broad range of patients, including young and active individuals, to help manage foot and lower limb concerns that impact comfort, performance, and day-to-day function.
With a background as a nurse, Sarah takes a thorough, patient-focused approach to care, considering both the presenting condition and the wider health picture. Care plans are tailored to each individual and may include footwear adjustments, guided exercises and activity strategies, custom orthotic support where needed, or minor surgical procedures if conservative measures aren’t sufficient.
Sarah is passionate about helping patients stay mobile, reduce pain, and return to work, sport, or daily activities with confidence. She places a strong emphasis on education, ensuring patients understand their condition and feel supported throughout their treatment.
Sarah has particular interests in minor surgical procedures, musculoskeletal concerns, and all aspects of general podiatry. She is committed to delivering evidence-based care tailored to each individual’s needs.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys staying active, spending quality time with friends and family, and exploring the outdoors with her Golden Retriever.

Melinda Webber
Whilst enjoying all aspects of podiatry, Melinda has a special interest in achieving the best possible results for ingrown toenails.
Sometimes ingrown toenails need surgical intervention and Mel is highly experienced in performing ingrown nail surgery. She takes a professional gentle approach making all patients feel at ease.
Her wealth of knowledge ,and long standing experience, in the podiatry industry is an asset to the team.
Committed to helping people from all walks of life, Melinda continues to engage in further learning of new skills and techniques in foot care.
She prides herself on providing a high standard in quality foot care. Outside of work, Melinda spends quality time with her 2 spoilt dogs, all her family, and friends.

Amelia O’Connell
Amelia graduated from Charles Sturt University in Albury and now practises as a podiatrist in Newcastle, NSW. She is a compassionate and detail-focused clinician who is passionate about helping patients improve their mobility, reduce pain, and return to doing the things they love through better foot and lower limb health.
Amelia has a strong clinical interest in lower limb biomechanics and enjoys working with patients experiencing heel pain, including plantar heel pain and plantar fasciitis, as well as Achilles pain, foot and ankle pain, and nerve-related symptoms such as numbness or tingling in the toes. She particularly enjoys helping patients who have ongoing or recurring pain that hasn’t fully resolved.
Using a thorough, evidence-based approach, Amelia focuses on identifying the underlying cause of pain through detailed assessment, including biomechanical and gait analysis. Treatment is always tailored to the individual and may include footwear advice, exercise prescription, load management strategies, and custom orthotics where appropriate. Her goal is to provide long-term relief and reduce the risk of future injury.
Amelia finds great satisfaction in helping her patients walk more comfortably, move with confidence, and return to work, sport, or daily activities without pain. She places a strong emphasis on patient education, ensuring each person understands their condition and feels supported throughout their treatment journey.
Outside of the clinic, Amelia enjoys staying active and spending time with friends and family. She also loves travelling and exploring new destinations, experiencing different cultures, and creating meaningful memories along the way.

Renay Bull, founder of Happy Feet Podiatry, is a senior podiatrist with nearly 20 years of clinical experience in the diagnosis and management of foot and lower limb pain.
She is known for her expertise in complex and unresolved cases, often working with patients who have not achieved results through standard treatment approaches. Her focus lies in identifying underlying biomechanical and load-related factors that are frequently overlooked.
Renay offers a limited number of advanced case review consultations, providing patients with a detailed assessment, clear diagnosis direction, and structured plan moving forward.
Renay’s advanced case reviews are designed for patients seeking clarity after unsuccessful treatment, offering a high-level second opinion without the need for ongoing appointments.
In addition to her clinical expertise, Renay is a world champion fitness competitor, bringing a unique understanding of movement, training load, and performance to her approach — particularly for active individuals and athletes.
Renay works closely with a trusted network of specialists across New South Wales and can provide appropriate referrals where required, ensuring patients receive the most suitable care for their condition.
Alongside this, she remains actively involved in clinical leadership within Happy Feet Podiatry, mentoring her team and overseeing the delivery of high-level, patient-centred care.
Outside of her clinical work, Renay maintains a strong focus on health and performance, competing at a world-class level in fitness. She also enjoys time riding her horses.
